Check Out Audria Fiore’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Audria Fiore.

Hi Audria, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my Career in 2005 at Robert Cromeans Salon in Downtown San Diego as an assistant. He is the Artistic Director for Paul Mitchell and at the time was a very prestigious salon to be a part of. I quickly worked through the ranks and worked there the first couple years of my career. I had a young child at the time and wanted to have more control of my business, so I then went as an independent business owner renting a space in La Mesa area for the last 15 years. I am from East County; I grew up in La Mesa area. I wanted to go back to my roots and love the community. Most of my clients have remained with me over the years as I really value their choice to choose me again and again for their hair needs. I have been an educator for Bumble and Bumble in 2008-2010. I constantly stay up to the current hair trends to keep my people happy and achieving their hair goals. Many of my clients are truly like a part of my extended family, and I love being able to catch up each time I see them. I am grateful to meet and know so many great fellow San Diegans. I now have 19 years in this industry, and I love it just as much as I did day one. I now work at Mojave Style House in La Mesa

Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back, would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The biggest struggle is always when you first start out. Building a successful clientele and retaining them are what I pride myself on. It’s about a lasting relationship AND beautiful hair. I was a single-income mother to two for many years so that adds challenges, but I have always found myself on top after any minor setback’s life throws at us.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a precision haircutter and passionate hair colorist. I genuinely love doing a beautiful color and then enhancing it with the perfect haircut to compliment. I am a highly trained colorist specializing in multi-dimensional hair color, Balayage, Highlights, and baby lights to create the desired result.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
Always skill but also good luck. I have always had the opportunity to bounce back after any of life’s curveballs. I’m very strong and Independent but with a very compassionate heart for the people and community. All walks of life.
