Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Preconceived notations are hard to change. Most individuals believe you need to “fight” for your rights and lawyer up. Convincing people they can still get their equitable share of the community assets in mediation can be an interesting journey. I have found that my clients who possess larger asset bases are the ones who easily recognize that mediation is a far better way to go.

Also choosing the correct partners and professionals is a critical element in the ongoing success of the business.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your business?

What do you like and dislike about the city?
San Diego is one of the most beautiful cities I’ve ever lived in. It offers wonderful opportunities for the arts, outdoor activities, dining, watersports and a wonderful climate and lifestyle. I can’t say, other than the traffic, that there is something I don’t like.
