Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Overcoming adversity is never easy, and in a perfect world, the road is smooth, but staying focused on the Specific Measurable Attainable Relevant Time-based (SMART) goal is what makes the journey exciting. Contemplating on the late nights of studying for an exam, or working full-time with limited sleep, and adding a side hustle of real estate to the hurdles, will eventually pay dividends, and the light at the end of the tunnel will shine. So, I definitely endured struggles along the way.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m known for introducing additional entitlements to veterans through their VA home loan as a Military Relocation Professional. I currently hold a VA accreditation to represent veterans and advocate for their service-connected disabilities. I have facilitated and coached veterans from getting out of debt, staying out of debt, and building wealth.

An exceptional leader with interpersonal communication, management, and organizational skills, to include public relations skills developed from the non-profit, corporate, and government industries. Highly capable of interviewing prospective buyers, managing vendors through home rehabilitation, accompanying clients to property sites, annual budget analysis, overseeing and reconcile bank deposits, discussing conditions of sale, and drawing up real estate contracts. Maximize potential and build a strong rapport with individuals on all levels.

Do you have recommendations for books, apps, blogs, etc?
Yes, I have been hooked on the Dave Ramsey 7 baby step process to building wealth. I’m a financial coach through his organization and an avid listener of his podcast. I also enjoy watching Youtube videos from Graham Stephan, Bigger Pockets, and Dan Pena.
