Community Highlights: Meet Stefanie Dumont of Conscious and Carefree Coaching

Today we’d like to introduce you to Stefanie Dumont. Them and their team share their story with us below:

Raised in Southern California, Stefanie began her journey toward optimal performance at 13. She attended PSI Seminars and learned self-worth, mindset, and problem-solving strategies. That same year, she met her future self-help mentor and began her professional singing career, traveling weekends with an entertainment company. At 15, she knew she wanted to work in motivation and communication. She was a self-learner and read feverishly about self-worth and human potential. Stefanie was a model in saying “Yes First” throughout her life, the name of her first book, published April 2022, which led her from one unforeseen opportunity to the next. Stefanie worked her way up motivational companies in San Diego and LA, following the path less traveled and intrigued by mindset and skills not taught in conventional education. Success Coaching is her life’s work since 1998, along with a background in Sociology and advanced studies through Coach University; Stefanie Co-Founded Conscious and Carefree, a transformational blog and learning forum in 2016, and hosts a show on Awake TV. She leads male and female leadership masterminds, coaches’ teams and was recently certified in HeartMath, her newest passion! Stefanie leads HeartMath Trainings, and introducing, “Yes First, Taking Action in Uncertain Times,” the mini-course. She is currently laying out Volume 2 of her coaching guidebook series and relishing the results her readers are reporting. Stefanie adores So Cal adventure and quality time with her family and friends near the ocean or in the mountains.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?

It has not always been a smooth road, but I’ve always maintained a good attitude about it. I realized I could not control things outside myself, and the best thing I could do was think positive, find the right guides, and take positive action for the best. My parents were messily divorced at a young age, I did some major reprogramming in PSI at 13, and mostly listening to Marianne Williamson’s Course in Miracles audios a million times at age 21 changed my approach on all things from fear to love. I went through a health crisis in 1997, diagnosed with an “untreatable” autoimmune disease. I believed if my body could make something, it could heal it. I used a nutritionist with eastern philosophies while working with a GI. It’s completely gone now. I survived an emergency appendicitis turned serious colon surgery in 2002 and learned to eat, walk, and function again. It took two years to recover. I went through a challenging divorce with two young kids in my early thirties, lasted over 4 years, my commitment to myself was, no matter what he did, I would not suffer. I began my life again with pure joy, knowing I would find the love my life, and I did. There were other bumps in the road, that is a natural part of life; however, I keep my face to the sun and intend daily joy.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?

I’m proud to be a new Bestselling Author of my first book, “Yes First, Taking Action in Uncertain Times,” available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. I help motivated leaders, golfers, and CEOs build resilience and optimal performance to change their physiology in two minutes or less. I do this through HeartMath Leadership Techniques and strategies in group masterminds, team training, and private sessions. I assist heart-driven leaders to prioritize what matters most to them and help formulate action steps to get there in half the time. My Mastermind Groups help professionals create greater clarity, set new ventures, make better decisions, more money, and move forward effectively and efficiently in alignment with their personal values. A great deal of my coaching is intuitive. I know how to ask the right questions to get someone somewhere fast. I also have a knack for identifying success in my client’s ideas. If it’s a winner, I sense it. My clients experience breakthroughs very quickly from simply behaving differently and seeing situations or people in a new way. I am thrilled to offer my clients HeartMath Coaching and Techniques to align their hearts, mind, and emotions with their aspirations and new ventures.

What was you like growing up?

I’ve been called a spitfire, amongst other things. A Polly Anna for sure. I have always marched to the beat of my own drum. In the baton parade, always doing my own routine. My parents taught me that I needed to write my own ticket. However, my canvas was stunning Southern California. Incredibly blessed in varied sports, I began Horseback Riding at eight. Won competitive Ice-Skating competitions at 12. Qualified for competitive jazz dance and ballet at 13. Played AAA soccer at 14 and as mentioned earlier, went on the road weekends as a Professional Vocalist at 13 years old. I was driven and ambitious. I loved to help people and earn money. I was always working and following my heart’s desire. I worked in a Vet’s Office at 14, aspiring to become a veterinarian. I rode my skateboard my bike, built forts in the backfields, and roller skated regularly at the local rink. I was quick, loved to learn new things, and loved to be in the middle of a good competition. Youth to me was about doing. I was anything but idle. I absolutely craved being in action and learning new skills to enjoy with my friends.
