Exploring Life and Business with Alejandra Crisafulli of The Baller Coach

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alejandra Crisafulli.

Hi Alejandra, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
With over 18 years of experience in coaching, training and development, Alejandra is considered one of the “pioneers” of the coaching industry. She has worked with over 2000 coaching clients, trained over 300 coaches, guided entrepreneurs to scale into multi six figures and seven figures, and has built a multimillion-dollar coffee business with her husband Eric spanning Southern California. Known for her engaging and compelling style, she works with entrepreneurs at their wits end by challenging them to reject the traditional self-help models and master life through developing a lifelong active relationship with God by utilizing her 180 Method.

I knew there was something more than just therapy and I was in a point in my life where I was seeking answers and relief from life circumstances that weren’t working. I didn’t even know what life coaching was but I went to a workshop called life works for business entrepreneurs where the speaker spoke about how if your life isn’t working your business won’t work. It rang true for me and I decided to pursue that path 18 years ago. Since then, I have gone through many transformations and done a lot of work but all along this path of self-help, I forgot the number 1 factor to all of life’s creation…God. Through a very painful experience of loss and sickness, I found Him and shifted my brand to focus all of my life’s work that had transformed 1000’s to now have the greatest foundation in which to build true long-lasting soul change.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
No…learning how to balance purpose & money have been challenging. My husband and I also own Lofty coffee which has also been a challenge to learn how to do my business while supporting him and the growth of our coffee business together.

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about The Baller Coach?
Award-winning Master Life Coach + 7-fig biz owner, I help women increase their happiness, 180 their relationships, and focus on soul set not just mindset. My work is about healing rather than dealing with life. With over 18 years of experience as a coach, I have done a lot of self-help work…but self-help doesn’t always help. Listen to the words… self-help, self-improvement, self-development, etc. the main word being “self” I had to learn that self is only a part of the equation and really we are designed to be a direct relationship with God. Why would we do all of this on our own and take it on our self when we have the greatest power that is and are designed to be in unity with. I had to change my brand a little over a year ago when my greatest transformation and truth was revealed about who we are and how we are designed to work and live. That is what I am most proud of…being able to make that shift in my brand and not be afraid of what people may say.

Do you have any advice for those looking to network or find a mentor?
Being willing to ask for help. Prayer. Listening to the people around you. And one that has been really good is looking for people on social media that I find a connection with and asking if they want to get together. Just asking is so huge.
