Meet Abbey Gibb of Abbey Gibb in North County

Today we’d like to introduce you to Abbey Gibb.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Abbey. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I’m a multi-media entrepreneur on a mission to empower a billion women around the world. I have my own personal brand helping women define success in health, hustle and happiness and I’m also the creative director for a global media company called Ultimate Life media.

I’m an Emmy-winning TV journalist who over the past decade has traveled the country covering some of America’s biggest stories. I’ve helped to change laws, documented major political movements, and tried fruitlessly to stay warm during massive snowstorms.

Then I got sick. Like debilitating sick.

It took me five agonizing years to be diagnosed with Lyme disease plus a host of other co-infections. At just 27, living in a beautiful high rise apartment with my career skyrocketing, I could barely get out of bed.

I thought I had early-onset dementia, arthritis, and everything I ate made me sick. Once while still in treatment, I flew to DC for work. I had to carry all my specially made food, tinctures and herbs in a separate suitcase. I lived like this for years. It was by no means easy, but I was healing.

Through traditional Western doctors, naturopathic doctors, herbs, a specific anti-inflammatory diet, a deep spiritual practice and my family, I slowly regained my health. As someone who had lived off cheese pizza for most of my life,I was fascinated by how my body could heal itself.

I went back to school to become a board-certified holistic nutritionist. I learned the importance of a whole-being approach to life; that I had the power to define and design my own success and I became empowered to make other women feel the same.

My calling in life is to: create, collaborate, educate, inspire. I create beautiful content and stories for my personal brand and for other impact entrepreneurs. I love collaborating with inspiring and thought-provoking leaders. I educate in order to empower and I inspire others to do the same.

Believe the most inspirational people are those who find blessings in what looks like defeat or great challenges. They become more resilient, self-aware, and capable of serving others. I’ve always had a vision for my life, a need to serve, empower and help. This is my vision for you as well.

Please tell us about Abbey Gibb.
I believe every woman deserves to make an impact and income. They’re not mutually exclusive but I’ve seen so many women burn out on their vision as they tried to run their own business. Sacrificing their health and frankly their happiness while knee deep in the hustle. These women need help crafting their video content to help propel their impact and better tools and coaching to create the income they deserve.

That’s why I’m different. I’m part of a dream team at Ultimate Life Media serving as creative director. Clients hire me to help better craft their vision and build their media brand, We have a 20 person digital marketing team that takes the guest work out of everything from funnels to Facebook ads, and a business strategy and coaching team that have built multiple million dollar companies from scratch.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Listened to my heart sooner and to push myself to always dream bigger. Never ask “how” first, always ask “why.”
