Meet Adriana Dominguez of Adrianas Cocina in Temecula

Today we’d like to introduce you to Adriana Dominguez.

The full-service catering company started in 2016, preparing fresh food and a healthier way of cooking. Creative cooking with different fusions from Mexican, Cuban, Italian, Mediterranean, Traditional and Brunch. Offering full banquet set up and private dinner service, wine service, and full appetizer stations. Gourmet Salsa Bar. Menu customization specializing in Weddings and Private Events. Corporate luncheons and school banquets.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I think the biggest challenge is communication via email or text, I’m old school we need to talk on the phone. I’m learning as I go what works best for me and how to handle any challenges.

Tell us more about your business.
My biggest accomplishment is coming together as a team to provide exceptional service, my proudest moments are hearing that my staff is easy to work with professional and friendly and my food is delicious.

What sets me apart is my creativity in all my dishes primarily offering various fusions I grew up in such a diverse background that I wanted to provide all the foods I love Even if it meant incorporating different cuisines.

My goal for my business is to offer a one stop shop, executing the event  from start to finish with my event planning background  not just limited to my catering services, design, implementation and set up, working with specific vendors that I can trust.
My brand is family style cooking offering fresh gourmet food. I love to bring people together at the table with their family and friends.

I love Mixing spices, herbs and Chiles. I also do cooking classes and private dinners.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
My son Alex has been my biggest fan and supporter he is my banquet manager he’s friendly and people love him, he works extra hard and shares the same passion I do for the business.

Secondly, my husband Philip, Jojo my marketing manager always there to give me support, ideas and helps me with any projects and encourages me.

My daughter Chantelle and cousin Andrea my right-hand ladies I can count on to get the job done and listen when needed. Andrea also helps me continuously in the kitchen with cooking.
