Meet Alexander Ryker of Next-Level Coaches in Downtown

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alexander Ryker.

Alexander, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I come from the middle-class where people live a rinse & repeat lifestyle. They wake up, eat breakfast, watch the news, take the kids to school, go to work, pick the kids up, have dinner, watch tv, and go bed. I hate it.

Since I was young people told me to:
– Get good grades
– Go to college
– Get a good job

This was never for me. So I opted out. The day I graduated from high-school I pursued entrepreneurship. I devoured every self-help book I could get my hands on. I found a world-class mentor in health & wealth. I laid my foundation by mastering health.

Became a Fitness Coach. Built Next-Level Coaches. And evolved into who I am today.

Don’t let anyone tell you what you’re here to do. Destiny is written with the pen in your hand. If you don’t like something, Opt Out.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Still crazy to think I just moved to an apartment on the 37th floor of a sky rise in downtown San Diego. A few months ago, this was just a dream. An impossible one at that. I was broke, my family was pressuring me to get a job and go to school. Then I took a trip to SD and everything changed. I’m not usually into the woo-woo but I did get a card reading. One that left me crying, curled in a ball in my friend’s arms.

4 cards came:
– Faith
– Entrepreneurship
– Adventure
– Love

Faith in the divine plan at hand. Entrepreneurship for self-employment. Adventure for moving to a new place. Love by knowing those I love will be ok.

It’s that last one that broke me into pieces. When I was born the doctors told my mom that there was no use, I was going to die in my her womb. They left the room and my mom had a choice to make. Let me die inside of her or force me out and sacrifice herself in the process. She committed to bringing me into this world no matter the cost.

At that moment she saw a big black nurse walking by and called her in. She pushed me out, her body ripped open and out I came with the umbilical cord wrapped around my neck. The nurse undid the cord and placed me in the ICU room. The doctors rushed in to stitch my mom back up. I was in there for two weeks before my mom could see me.

When she finally got me, she noticed a red dot on the back of my neck. It was cancer that had formed from the equipment they used to monitor my health. I immediately went into surgery and had it removed. The doctors had to cut into my head and throat to remove it. By the grace of God, my mom survived as did I.

This moment forever bonded us. It’s also been the biggest thing holding me back from following my path. I never wanted to leave her because of the indebtedness I felt for her sacrifice. After all, I wouldn’t be here without her courage. Laying there curled up in my friend’s arms was the first time I felt secure, that I could do me and everything would be ok.

What unfolded afterwords was remarkable. Within two days I aligned myself with strategic partnerships and got the cash to move down here. It’s just the beginning and there’s still a lot of work to do. And I’ve never felt more aligned with the divine plan at hand. This morning I couldn’t help but feel blessed looking out over the city and the magic that has unfolded over the past week.

To my partners, friends and family I am forever grateful. If there’s anything I’ve learned it’s this: Those who have the courage to conquer fear are made free. Those who are conquered by it are made to suffer until they have the courage to defeat it. You only live one, make it count.

Please tell us about Next-Level Coaches.
I hear it all the time:
“I wish I knew what you know at your age, I can only imagine where I’d be if I started at your age.”

Personal Development has been the greatest influence on me because It’s helped me attract role models that have shown me the way. My wish is for everyone to have role models to look up to at a young age so they can live a good life. Coaches are the role models who take it upon themselves to build communities of people who empower each other.

My mission is to empower them to master their craft and ultimately create a world where everyone has a role model they can look up to. Right now I run a community of 3000 mission-driven coaches and I show them how to scale to 6-figures in 60 days using Organic Growth Hacking.

In the past 4 weeks, our Inner Circle has done $243K in sales and built the foundation to have a great impact in the world. We lead by example: we learn it, test it, prove it, embody it and then teach it. At our current growth rate we are doubling in revenue every 3 months – there no one in the space understands the power of leveraging Organic Growth Hacking to scale service based business like we do.

If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
Love yourself, Trust Yourself, Have Fun. Love yourself to the point where you don’t need validation from others. This will give you the freedom to think and act independently. Trust yourself enough to take risks, learn from your mistakes and improve on them.

Most importantly, don’t take yourself so seriously, find the humor in everything you do.
