Meet Alfonso Vazquez of San Diego Magician Alfonso

Today we’d like to introduce you to Alfonso Vazquez.

Alfonso was born in Guadalajara, Mexico and grew up in San Diego California. At the age of 17 he enlists in The United States Marine Corps and retires in 2004 after serving 24 years. Alfonso participated in the Persian Gulf War and Iraq war where he occasionally entertained soldiers, civilians and Marines with his close up magic. At his early years he felt in love with magic and he followed his passion and now he performs all over San Diego County. Alfonso has been performing magic for 26 years and what he loves more is the smiles and enjoyment that brings to people’s lives. Alfonso is an awesome performer! Alfonso performs well over 250 shows annually at large corporate events, fairs/festivals, birthday parties, weddings, grand openings, colleges, and more across the country!

Has it been a smooth road?
It has not been a smooth ride, but like anything else if you believe and you have a passion for it it will come. Seeing smiles, laughter, the wow’s on young and old faces made it worth it for me to fallow my passion.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with San Diego Magician Alfonso – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I specialized in comedy, stand up magic, close up magic. Is not only the magic but is the entertainment that as a magician you can provide to any venue.

My most proud moments are those comments that I get from parents, kids, clients and families that have seen me performed at their events.

Is not that I’m better than other magicians, is that I have a passion, and I love what I do and being bilingual sets me apart from the rest of the magicians.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
I love San Diego, it’s one of the most beautiful places to live but is very expensive also.
