Started the business in 2002 with no experience in the field. Understood what was that customer were looking for, honesty, integrity and quality auto repair. Today we have built our family business to a level where customers have faith in us and know that we do the right thing to give them an excellent customer experience every time they get their vehicle serviced with us. We offer 3 years or 36000 miles warranty on our repair and save our customers hundreds if not thousands of dollars instead of going to the dealerships.. Our basic mission is to treat every customer like we would like to be treated by making sure we keep their cars on the road for as long and as safe as possible on the road .
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Understanding who were our customers and what they expected of us was a huge learning curve..Hiring the right staff and training them was a big challenge especially in this industry. Today we have technician that have an expertise in various fields of repair and diagnosis. Certified Factiry trained Master technicians that can handle any challenging repairs, ranging from European, Japanese and domestic vehicles. Our computer scanners and various tools are state of the art and costs thousands of dollars to maintain so we can handle the newest vehicles that come in to our business .

We are a family owned and operated auto repair business. We are known to have an excellent customer service at the highest level. Our customer retention is 95%. I manage operations by marketing, hiring, and planing for the business on day to day. Running a small business by dealing with hundreds of vendors with a customer base of 25000 is very challenging. I think we have come along way by improving our technical capabilities and improving our customer service by ten fold. We see ourselves as a professional business that try’s to be the best in our field. We walk the talk and stand firm in what and how we do things by exceeding each and every customers expectations.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
We are not in the car business, but we are in the people’s business ! Integrity is the name of our business, and has taken us where we are today.
