Meet Brogan Graham of November Project

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brogan Graham.

Brogan, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
November Project is a FREE fitness movement that you won’t understand until you show up at 6:29 AM at the Natural History Museum any Wednesday morning. The vibes are fun, the workout is hard, the social media game is strong, and the feel is FAMILY. We don’t teach a workout “class” or have a “Trail Membership,” oh no. We have an experience, one that could change your life, and is true for all fitness levels.

We are not going to ask for anything other than 100% effort and 100% kindness to the Co-Leaders in front and the hundreds of NPSD members who follow them. Is this hard to follow? Exactly, there is nothing like November Project. Not your local run club, not your bestie’s boot camp, and defiantly not your gym. Are you being recruited to join us? Fuck yes. And there is no catch. $0 for life.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Nothing has been smooth or predictable about helping hundreds of passionate leaders build November Project globally, but most all of it has been fun. November Project, or “NP,” is a human experiment gone accidentally right.

Please keep in mind, we didn’t intend to build this movement at all, we just wanted to open our personal workouts to anyone who thought they could keep up and add to the fun.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
Unpredictable. Creative. Large scale. Savvy. Funny. Weatherproof. Efficient. Inclusive. Locally connected.

November Project holds characteristics of any company that is trying to make something amazing.

What were you like growing up?
Personally, I have a history with team sports like hoops, soccer, and even volleyball, all of which shaped who I am as an athlete and a communicator. Growing up I always felt confident as a team captain, but I always knew that my role was as a voice for the group, not as someone who knew the most. I watched my family and some of the older kids to see great leadership. I watched great teams on TV and saw what it meant to win and lose as a team.

November Project lives as an experience that almost feels like belonging to a team, even if you never made yours back in the day. I’m proud that so many members of November Project have such strong dedication and that our Co-Leaders of these 49 tribes have such a thoughtful voice that aims to reach as many people as they can.
