Meet David Isaac Sanchez of The Rock Remodels

Today we’d like to introduce you to David Isaac Sanchez.

David Isaac, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
My journey started 19 years ago when I arrived in the USA at the age of 21. I was a young man from Yucatan, Mexico venturing through Texas and California. Little did I know that I would meet and marry the love of my life in the year 2000 during this adventure. So I after I decided to marry my current wife I needed a job to help support my household and pay for the wedding. Since I had studied architecture in Merida Yucatan building and design was always one of my passions. My first job was as a drywall hanger making $8 per hr working 60 hours a wk. As I acquired more experience and met new people I realized that if I learned new trades I could be of more value. In addition, I proceeded to master all trades and become a contractor.

Has it been a smooth road?
If I were to say it has been a smooth road I would be lying. It’s been a journey filled with sweat, blood and tears and triumphs, but I would not change it for the world. Some of the most challenging moments have been: learning how to effectively communicate with my clients since English was not my first language, effectively translating my client’s construction ideas into reality within budget and of course quality. Our #1 rule is providing excellent customer service to all our customers and that requires going the extra mile for them

So, as you know, we’re impressed with The Rock Remodels INC – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
We specialize in residential and commercial rehabs and remodels. Our specialty is working with Realtors to rehab there clients homes to get them ready to be put on the market. We are known for being fast and offering the best quality work when it comes to home remodels.

I think that what sets us apart from other companies is that we are a small family-owned company. My wife runs all the office work and I can be found on the construction sites. I believe that what sets us apart from our competitors is the fact that we are never too busy to answer questions or concerns and give that one on one support that we all love as consumers.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
We live in a place where other people come to vacation. I feel privileged to live in San Diego and my favorite part is definitely the atmosphere, diversity and positive vibes within our communities- nothing compares to SD!

Traffic is probably the only thing I dislike.
