Meet Giovanna Maimone of J.C.M Productions and Let Me Break It Down for You in Encinitas

Today we’d like to introduce you to Giovanna Maimone.

Giovanna, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I am from Little Silver, New Jersey and knew at a very young age that I was an artist. I went to a performing arts H.S and then went on to be a theater major at The University of Southern California’s School of Theater. Since then, I have produced several short films, have written four full-length feature films, written dozens of songs and poems, and have assisted in the production and creation of many many artistic works. I currently teach improvisation in Encinitas and my company for that is called Sketchy People. More information can be found at

My mother always wanted me to write a book, so I finally did. I got called to write this book when I visited Sedona, AZ in 2017. That was just exactly one year after my 3-month journey in India and South East Asia. During my time in all those places, I was studying and diving deeper into spirituality and the cultures that emphasize it. My experience with energy in Sedona was so intense, that I decided to start researching all about it upon my return. I started with Nikola Tesla and Einstein and then found myself down many rabbit holes. I couldn’t believe what I was finding! After 14 months of dedicated research and drawing from my own personal experiences, “Let Me Break It Down for You” book was created. It is a complete guidebook to understanding energy and frequencies in all forms. It contains SO much information that you didn’t even know, you didn’t know. It is available on Amazon paperback, Kindle, and Kindle Unlimited.

My intention for providing this information is so that people will be able to better understand what is happening within and around them. Frequencies are everywhere and are either healing or harming us. I wanted people to have this information so they can learn to be more gentle with themselves, and in turn, with others. It is my way of helping raise our collective consciousness.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It has definitely NOT been a smooth road. When you start to obtain information that most people don’t have, it affects you in ways that you can’t even imagine. I also got really sick during the writing of my book. Not only did I get diagnosed with thyroid autoimmune, but I got 3rd-degree burns on my whole leg. BOTH of those I healed and cured naturally with my mindset, and with natural remedies.

The journey to find out my purpose became more clear as I realized I was being asked to put my beliefs to the test. I am happy to say, I passed. 🙂

Please tell us about J.C.M Productions and Let Me Break It Down for You.
Currently, I am offing consulting on understanding your energetic environment from everything that you are allowing into it. These things are including, but not limited to; foods, thoughts, and other EMFs. Yes, thoughts have frequencies and so do all foods. Once we understand us as energy beings, it is a lot easier to comprehend what putting low to no vibrational frequencies into our body and surroundings do to cause us harm; both mentally and physically. I am here to help people learn how to raise their vibrations by being aware of what is in their energetic environment; both within what they can control, and not control. I am offering a COMPLIMENTARY 30-minute consult for those who would like this assessment. That can be booked under the services section of my website: I will also be starting a YouTube channel under that same name “Frequency Fun.” It will have videos of helpful information from my book along with presentations and speaking engagements that I have done.

I believe what sets me apart from most companies is that I do not have a one size fits all solution. Every individual is different, therefore their needs and treatment modalities to heal are going to be different. My mission is to help people achieve more health and happiness by learning how to navigate their lives through the energy that is present; whether they are sensitive to it or not, or aware of it or not. I am most proud of my passion for helping others and my ability to use science to help people live a more blissful life.

Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
My favorite memory from childhood would be the amazing complete family that I once had. I am 100% Italian and Italians love their food and family. I also have many fond memories in the Bahamas as I spent a lot of time there as a child. We had a lot of good times before things turned for the worse. I will always hold my grandparents, and father close to my heart. My mom and stepdad are still around and are the best people I could ask to be in my life. I also have two sisters, a half brother, and five amazing nieces and nephews.
