Giovanni, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Started in the beauty industry thirty plus years ago. Always with the intent to provide the highest quality of services and products for our clients. Ten years ago we discovered organic hair products. At that time we committed to our concept of “Health and Beauty in balance”. We now enjoy a large following of dedicated clients.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Nothing is ever smooth. We’ve had many struggles/challenges that afforded us the opportunity to learn. Tried many concepts in over the seven salons we have owned. We decided to do what we believe in health & beauty by providing our clients with the best organic nontoxic products on the market!!. Haven’t regretted anything since.
Our biggest challenge was in 2008 when the economy took a turn & one of our stylists decided to open a salon across the street from us and recruit many of our employees! We were also going through an IRS audit. Really, really rough time! We had to downsize and begin a slow recovery. Each day we would put one foot in front of the other and do what we needed for that day. We never gave up! Perseverance is key.
I thank God for my wife & kids that were my life support.

We are a client centered company who believe in delivering to our guests the highest quality products and services. We are an Organic salon and spa. We’ve created an environment that is free from harmful chemicals, smells and conversation. Our clients count on us for healthy skin, hair and nails. It is not unusual for clients to comment on how relaxed and comfortable our environment is.
I am most proud of our reviews from our clients. We service cancer patients, people diagnosed with other health related issues, people who have developed a reaction to their current chemical filled hair colour, pregnant women & people who are into a healthy lifestyle. When someone gives us a good review we know we have done our job.
I believe what sets us apart is how we care for our clients not only with products & services but as a human being. I write a hand written “thank you” note to each & every new client.
