Meet Hanna Glenn of Mariposa Electrolysis

Today we’d like to introduce you to Hanna Glenn.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I always wanted to be a small business owner. So when I was faced with a new transition in my life a few years back, I decided to make my next chapter in life a true reality not just a wish and worked my tail off and created Mariposa Electrolysis. I never could have imagined it would be helping people get rid of their unwanted facial hair, but now that this is my reality I couldn’t be happier. Helping people feel confident in their skin is so rewarding.

Has it been a smooth road?
I can’t say it was a smooth road but I road worth taking. At the time I was juggling a lot being a single mom and commuting to Anaheim from San Diego to go to school weekly so I could get certified in electrolysis. To say it was stressful is an understatement but anything worthwhile is not going to be easy. I worked hard learned a lot, graduated and felt confident I was ready to build my business.

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Mariposa Electrolysis story. Tell us more about the business.
I am an electrologist specializing in getting rid of your unwanted hair permanently. I am most proud of the personal connections I make with the clients. Each client has an individual unique schedule that we both become committed to so we see the most effective results!

How do you think the industry will change over the next decade?
I see in the next few years that Mariposa Electrolysis will continue to grow and more importantly continue to have 100% client satisfaction in eventually leaving our doors transformed from hairy to a confident hair free being!
