He has been voted one of San Diego’s BEST Agents by the San Diego Union Tribune along with his company, Sand & Sea Investments multiple years. He is the Broker of Record and Owner of Sand & Sea Investments, and is one of only four Master Certified Negotiations Experts (MCNE) in San Diego. He manages a superior team of Agents that assist both Buyers and Sellers. All Agents are seasoned, trained, certified negotiators and as a team, provide comprehensive concierge real estate services all over San Diego County.
He previously worked as an Operations Manager for the PGA TOUR for nearly six years and prior to that, worked as a consultant for KPMG/BearingPoint. He started Sand & Sea Investments after not receiving the premium service he expected as a buyer and seller of residential real estate. He serves the community as a Board Member of the Century Club of San Diego, and is a proud member of The San Diego Nice Guys, as well as the San Diego Police Foundation. He lives in Point Loma with his wife, and two sons.
Has it been a smooth road?
Definitely not! I had countless sleepless nights, lost relationships, and even started losing my health before getting a foothold, and truly ‘taking off’. I’ve learned that keeping a laser focus on service, communication, ethics, integrity, resourcefulness, hard work, and serving others is truly what translates to success – not matter what the ‘widget’ or service is!
