Meet Joe & Heather Paraiso and Ralf Wilkowski of Brew Coffee Spot

Today we’d like to introduce you to Joe & Heather Paraiso.

Starting from a great concept and the courage to make a dream come true, Brew Coffee Spot came to life through good friends and a whole lot of love from the people in their lives. Every detail from the wall textures to the mixed use of wood to the items on the menu, Brew Coffee Spot was carefully crafted to accommodate just about everyone. The smile of the “Brew Dude” on the logo says it all, “Be happy and enjoy a delicious drink.”

Staying local was an integral part of their vision to be a community place. From their “100% certified organic” coffees & teas, to their delicious menu options, each of their products have been sourced from businesses based in San Diego. Through the combination of a great community space and high-quality delicious drinks and food, Brew Coffee Spot has grown to be a local favorite among students, telecommuters, gamers, writers, pastors, artists, and anyone looking to grab a cup of Joe and chill.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?

So let’s switch gears a bit and go into the Brew Coffee Spot story. Tell us more about the business.
Handcrafted food and drinks and the quality of our products are what set us apart. People love our coffee and food and that makes us proud.

Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I’m not sure about luck, but being locals that were raised in the area has certainly helped us in connecting to the community. Each one of us as owners brought a strength to the business and that has helped us to grow as a company.
