Has it been a smooth road?
Overall, it has been a blessing. I don’t know any growing business to be a ‘smooth road,’ however, through the consistent world of change in technology and growing as a company, we are always adding new software, updating our policies and procedures, and figuring out ways to add more value to our clients- both owners and tenants alike. It keeps us grounded and ready for any task or action that comes our way.

We love serving the community, so each day is a new day for us.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Golden Property Management – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Golden Property Management: Hands-On Residential Property Management, through exceptional service and dedication, Golden Property Management is committed to providing a consistent elevated rental experience for both homeowners and tenants alike.

We understand firsthand the burdens that accompany the rental process. We realize finding the right people, the right properties, and right opportunities make renting smoother and more enjoyable for everyone.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
My most favorite part of San Diego is “Everything ABOUT San Diego!” Being in the military, I have lived in many areas of the US, plus abroad. There is no place like San Diego. Where else can you be in a different country, the beach, the mountains, or in a different city all within 1 hour of each other?! The endless amounts of outside activities all year round, the amazing people, and, of course, the weather is what I LOVE about San Diego!

What I like least…the growing pains of increased traffic within our city. Ugh!
