Meet Larry White of Signature Towing in Chula Vista

Thanks for sharing your story with us larry. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I have been in the towing business for over 17 years. About 4 years ago I took full custody of my 3 beautiful children after getting my children stable I knew I needed to do something for my children and working for someone was not the way it was going to happen so I took the jump knowing the risk but also knowing this no reward without risk so I decided to start Signature Towing Inc. I believe we are where we are today because we are not like a lot of the competition out there we are trying to change the standards and treat our customers as just that Customers, not a dollar sign. We also try to bring awareness about things that are close to peoples hearts such as breast cancer that is the reason the truck is wrapped as it is why just bring awareness in October when you can do it all year long.

Has it been a smooth road?
I do not think any business starting off is easy there are bumps in all directions. The competition is fierce in this business so many companies out there that are underinsured charging crazy cheap prices for towing. Equipment is extremely expensive and banks do not like to loan out $90,000 for a new truck with outputting a lot of money down to startup companies.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
We are a towing company that offers a wide range of services from Towing, Roadside Service, Jumpstarts, tire changes, fuel deliver, privet property impounds, police towing. We are known for our signature service! We go the extra mile for the customer what ever it takes to make the customer happy and safe, we are also known for our pink truck promoting breast cancer awareness. There are many things that set us apart besides the truck we try to run our business where people always feel safe and taken care of not advantage of when we do a privet impound and the customer calls us you are always greeted with a friendly voice that understands your never happy to have your vehicle towed. When you come to our lot you’re greeted with a smile and dealing with someone face to face not behind bulletproof glass or bars on windows.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Yes Chula Vista is a great city to do business in besides being the largest city in San Diego county the city makes the process easy and personal.
