Meet Brittany Hudson of Meditating Mama

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brittany Hudson.

Brittany, please share your story with us.
I am also known as the Meditating Mama and started on my path of meditation at the age of 17 discovering the benefits of many different types of meditation. At the age of 21, I was introduced to Mindfulness Meditation and has been in the practice of Mindfulness Meditation for over 20 years. I now guide and coaches public and private Semi Guided Mindfulness Meditation classes in San Diego, CA.

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My biggest struggle has always been how to advertise and market myself.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Meditating Mama – what should we know?
Meditating Mama specializes in teaching adults and children Mindfulness Meditation for a more peaceful and less stressful life. It makes me proud every day to know that I am changing people’s lives for the better. What sets me apart from most other meditation teachers is my experience. I have been meditating for more than half my life and I was with my meditation teacher for over 17 years.

Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
I’m calm, compassionate and friendly.
