I’m the owner and CEO of Make SHT Happen LLC! I’m an NLP Certified Organizational Business Consultant that has assisted over 250 clients in organizing their lives & businesses. I implement business owners’ big ideas and execute their scattered plans. I help businesses get their stuff together and I transform businesses with tools designed to simplify the hustle. Over the past seven years in my work as a professional organizer here in sunny San Diego, I’ve watched my clients uplevel in every aspect of life as they “flip the switch” to tap into a more productive, efficient, and organized way of running their business.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
My biggest “problem” in business has been quieting the doubters. Growing up with an immigrant father who came from poverty but worked his way up to a Ph.D. and a ticket to America, I was taught to go to school, get good grades, graduate college, and get a corporate job. This was my dad’s “American Dream” for me. After 15 years of being a rat in the race of corporate Sales & Recruiting, I burnt out and launched my own professional home organization company. I netted a profit in the first year of my business that allowed me to cover all my basic expenses with zero debt. Dad is slowly warming up to the idea of entrepreneurship, although he still has no idea what I actually do! Breaking our family’s anchoring limiting beliefs are KEY to making it in entrepreneurship. I stopped caring what my family thought of entrepreneurship, dove in, and my business has soared. I transformed the lives and businesses of 250 clients in 2018 and I plan to double that in 2019!

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
I have been interviewed on over 20 podcasts, spoken on dozens of stages, written for various magazines and publications, and appeared on many Facebook Lives, YouTube spotlights, and even live TV! As the business has gained traction, I’ve created a buzz and gained lots of publicity through the process. I’m excited to motivate my audience and book more keynote speaking opportunities in the future!
