Today we’d like to introduce you to Neville Knowles.
Neville, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
We are a family business that started from the ground up, providing printing services on every type of material you can think of! We built a strong relationship with many people and businesses of Escondido. We provide Escondido with beautiful signs, plans for the city, stickers for local events, and so much more.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
We have been growing a lot, and we are so thankful. During the height of the pandemic, we thought things were gonna be worse, but we ended up supplying Escondido with floor graphics for social distancing, signs, acrylic separators, and so much more. We are super thankful that we were able to adapt to the new norm and help everyone along the way.
We’ve been impressed with ERI Repro, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
We pride ourselves on being one of the few printing places that actually does everything in the house! That’s right, 100% made in the USA. A lot of chain printing services will actually just buy from wholesale online companies for cheap to resell for not so cheap, and the quality reflects on that. We gladly show customers our machines in action, and our storefront has a wide-open view of all of us working so you can see the action. I believe that is what sets us apart from many other printing companies.
We also strongly believe in supporting good causes. We donate to many organizations that need supplies from us as well. We always make sure our customers get exactly what they need, which is why we always go in-depth with them about the projects. That way, we can make suggestions and make sure they are getting the best material and finish.
We’d love to hear about how you think about risk taking?
I think that risks are completely and 100% necessary in business. If we didn’t take risks, how would we ever know what works and what doesn’t? We have taken dozens of risks in services. Some have failed and some succeeded, but what if we had never tried? Those successful new things would have been left undiscovered. And as for the fails, we shouldn’t even call them that. They truly are learning experiences.
