Hello, we are a family owned & family run company since our wedding in 2012. My husband and I met at a coffee shop, fell in love and got married within 11 months of knowing each other… during that engagement, Pinterest was new and as a new college grad, I was very much into finding cute DIY projects off Pinterest and the newly expanding blog world… Wedding blogs like Green Wedding Shoes & Style Me Pretty were new and the coolest look for weddings were farm tables! As a new bride, that is exactly the look I wanted- rustic, woodsy, very natural…! Since we didn’t have any barns as venues in San Diego, the next best thing was a backyard wedding! But there were no farm tables to rent in Southern California 5 years ago- can you believe it!? So I requested my dad (who is a wood-worker/contractor) and my then fiance (who grew up in Washington learning to hunt & build…) to build 11 farm tables for our wedding! ..and they did! Aren’t I a lucky girl?!
At our wedding, our guests (some future brides/grooms) wondered who our rental company was.. when we said the tables were ours, they wanted to rent them from us! What turned into a small venture that summer blew up into a large event rental company! Here we are today, with over 7,000 sqft of warehouse space in the heart of San Diego, still building more and more farm tables, different colors and sizes to keep up with the continuous requests from our beautiful couples! We just opened our new studio space next door to our warehouse where we have workshops & small events- we love visitors and would love for anyone to stop by and say hi! 😉
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Like most new/growing businesses, it is not ever a simple process and we didn’t grow overnight- my parents and husband built our expansion while I worked as a full-time nurse for 4 years before we could do this full time. What helped us was the incredible San Diego wedding community and the amazing vendors who have been doing this for decades- what I have learned since day one is that helping other businesses will eventually reward us one day 🙂

We are a specialty event rental company- we build 75% of our inventory ourselves. We are known for our rustic, pottery barn looking farm tables.

We are surrounded by good-luck! We are lucky that our wedding day turned into a successful business.. not most people can say that so we are lucky in that way!
