Meet Suresh Ramaswamy of Lucid Field in Carlsbad

Today we’d like to introduce you to Suresh Ramaswamy.

Suresh, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
There are two threads—the inner and outer—that stand out as I look back at my life.

On the outer thread, my life has been about understanding how to creatively bring visions into reality in school, family life, work, relationships, and business. One might call this manifesting success and happiness.

My education was in electrical, and computer engineering, and my early career was in the field of microelectronics and software. After several years as an individual contributor at corporations, I felt inspired to explore the entrepreneurial route. Having your own business is a unique and powerful growth opportunity. I loved it! When you start a company, you have to face and overcome fears on a daily basis. You take risks and deal with extreme uncertainty. You also have to maintain cash-flow, deal with legalities, manage resources, motivate your team, and keep stakeholders happy. All the while, maintaining your inner balance and personal priorities. I found this challenge exhilarating and rewarding. It is not, however, for the faint of heart. You must be able to wear multiple hats, be willing to learn, and quite competent. Inside, you need a stomach of steel, endless patience, and indomitable perseverance.

On the inner thread, my life from an early age has been about the quest for higher wisdom—expanding consciousness to discover the ultimate truth of our existence. Growing up in India, I was exposed to a wide range of paths from different wisdom traditions. The journey to higher consciousness through personal transformation and meditation was a passion, mostly private, which later I was inspired to share as a transformational teacher and through my book Just Be.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The journey of expansion has unfolded beautifully. While much is unknown at any given point, the next step in the process has invariably presented itself. The more I fully gave myself to the process, the more it unfolded gloriously. When challenges arose, I was blessed with an inner light that did not flicker, thanks to a deeper knowing which has stayed throughout.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Lucid Field – what should we know?
I am passionate about igniting and catalyzing the transformation of consciousness on the planet. I have shared my heart-centered transformative message in a wide range of settings: bookstore, church, college, community organization, corporate, hospice, non-profit, senior center. In every setting, the Light of Infinity graciously uplifts and inspires, for which I am grateful.

My book on personal transformation Just Be: Transform Your Life and Live as Infinity was released a few months back and has been well-received. It has been honored with several prestigious awards, including the Nautilus Book Award, and the International Soul-Bridge Award, National Indie Excellence Award, Body Mind Spirit Book Award. Just Be has become a bestseller with many enthusiastic readers across the globe. What is unique and powerful about Just Be is that it is more than a book conveying useful concepts. It is a vibrational tool—a book that actively transmits higher vibrations to encourage and support you in your transformation.

I hear from readers on a near-daily basis. Here are just a couple of the many comments I have received:

Just Be is the ultimate manual for life—a classic in the vein of Eckhart Tolle. Discover the ‘art of being’ and be uplifted and awakened by light. Suresh Ramaswamy is a transformational master, gently guiding us back to our infinite essence. Just Be is a must-read for anyone dedicated to personal growth!”

Marci Shimoff, Transformational Leader
#1 NY Times bestselling author of Happy for No Reason

“As one who for over fifty years has read many, many books on psychology, philosophy, metaphysics, and spirituality, and many books on human potential and personal growth related to those subjects, Suresh Ramaswamy’s Just Be is to me among the mountaintop best.

While reading through its pages, a phrase from a poem written by India’s Rabindranath Tagore often occurs to me: “…that training is the most intricate which leads to the utter simplicity of a tune.” In the case of Just Be, the author’s experiential realizations must be the “intricate training,” which has enabled him to simplify with substantial clarity subtle and important aspects of the aforementioned subjects. His work is well thought out, thought through, and organized overall; is presented in a balanced style of composition that speaks to left- and right-brain predominant readers alike; and is presented in an open, informal format that makes for a relaxing read. His works offer useful information and tools to everyone from deep, introspective analysts to everyday folks looking for some practical, emotional help in today’s modern, stressful world.

Tagore’s Nobel-quality poetry has been referred to as “sublime.” I do not feel that I am overreaching to use the same adjective for Just Be. It is diamond-like in its combination of refinement and substance—it is a tool chest, and a treasure chest wherein an author and his works reflect one another in their clarity and rarity.

As one with many decades of involvement in the human potential/personal growth movement, I am nevertheless getting new and important benefits from Just Be. I am recommending it to all my family and friends.”

Myke Smitley, Philosopher
Author of The Great Circle

Anthony Chene, a talented French filmmaker, was inspired to make a documentary based on the message contained in Just Be. This beautiful documentary titled Just Be Yourself is available on YouTube and has already been enjoyed by tens of thousands of personal growth enthusiasts worldwide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VMqd3m93vss

Increasingly, those who are seeking accelerated inner growth and desire to reach their highest potential—directly knowing the truth of their being and living from that knowing—seem to find me. It is my joy to be with such ardent seekers and be of assistance to them.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
As I look back, many individuals—mentors, guides, family members, teachers, friends, community—as well as wise souls, reaching across time and space through their written works and vibrations, have been instrumental in my journey. I feel tremendous gratitude for everyone that has been in my experience, pointing me towards something deeper and truer.

Peering across vast expanses of time, I see that Infinity itself has been my guide and presented the perfect resources along the way, whether in the form of inner guidance, books, or teachers.
