Meet Tah Groen of Healing Touch Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and Breath To Success

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tah Groen.

Tah, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started teaching yoga in 1997. At that time in the yoga industry was just getting started, there was no regulating force such as Yoga Alliance’s certification programs. It was not like you see today with the vast amount of YTT programs going on.

It was 20 years ago that I started teaching my friends in my home then at a local studio (which is still there now 8 elements west owned by Gloria Go).

I love yoga so much that it has been a significant part of my life since I was a teenager. All aspects of healing mind body and spirit has fascinated me since I was young. I was an avid reader I devoured anything metaphysical.

I remember reading all about Egar Casey and reincarnation, energy. Reading the Celestine Prophecy was a major aha moment for me as was the Autobiography of A Yogi and so many more. Nothing like the tactile experience of reading a real book, opened my mind to infinite possibilities of the magic of the universe.

Being an entrepreneur in Business has always fascinated me and inspires me. I have a great enthusiasm for creating new ways to share the mind, body connection.

The most recent breakthrough …meeting online mentor Stu McLaren.

I’ve been continuing my education on business through a membership course call tribe with Stu McLaren it is has inspired me to create an online membership program call Breath to Success.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Of course it is not always easy we are human and living in a time where we are bombarded with so much. I love my Family, I love my work, I love to play. The key is to balance these aspects. That is the challenge.

Some key growth areas for me have been the public speaking and growing my confidence as I teach…getting my message out. I am so much better at it now. Letting my authentic voice come out. Not to worry about how I am received but to stay steady on my path. That inner strength and wisdom to trust in that. Let go of the limiting beliefs, such as doubt and fear, to shine bright.

Healing Touch Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training and Breath To Success – what should we know? What do you guys do best? What sets you apart from the competition?
I have created a health and wellness monthly membership site. Expansion into the online teaching arena is exciting for me.

I am knowing for hands on yoga teaching, because of the healing, nurturing aspects of my teaching style, I created Healing Touch Vinyasa yoga teacher training. I will continue to offer these in person trainings as well.

I created Breath to Success for yoga practitioners and yoga teachers looking to deepen their connection to Self. To be able to connect to your highest self, in tangible ways brings the Body, Mind, and Spirit into alignment and wholeness. All of this was available, but as very separate offerings. What I and my students wanted was a way to tie them together for a cohesive experience and a more wholistic result. I began to develop a series of lessons, tools, and tasks aligned with the goal of making the seeking clearer, and the result became…

Breath to Success:

A multidimensional resource full of practical, time-tested modalities, tools, and techniques that allow you to dive deep into discovering your Truth, with support of me, Tah Groen, as your guide, as well as mentoring relationships that speak directly to you, and a supportive community of likeminded seekers. You, on your journey, deserve a deeper exploration, and a supportive learning community.

What is “success” or “successful” for you?
Success can mean so many different things …mind, body and spirit all aspects of our lives, health, family, work..

… but for me personally…

The internal compass, the inner waters of my body, when those are calm, peaceful content, when my mind is relaxed and clear, that is my criteria for having created “success” in my life.

I love to say happiness is an inside job. To be successful is the skillful processing of our inner landscape, manifesting lightness of being right here in this moment.
