Wellness Wednesdays

San Diego is home to some of the best Yogis, Pilates pros, fitness trainers, nutritionists and more – people who devote their lives to helping the rest of us live a healthier, happier and more peaceful life. We’ll be doing in depth interviews with many of these amazing souls in the coming weeks but we want to give you a quick introduction to some of the city’s wellness pro’s below.

What do you want so deeply you’re afraid to admit it to yourself? Where do your dreams take you?🌙 . . . It’s always going to seem like there’s a lot of crap in the way of doing and achieving what you want, but at some point you just have to DO IT ANYWAY.🤛🏻 Looking back, by far the best times, most growth-filled experiences, and fondest memories are all from times I just did it. When I Stopped caring about why not (or never cared to begin with) and just did it. Went on the trip even if it meant not being able to save money. Walked up and asked the hot guy to dance because Why not? (Back in the single days ;), made friends with the girls I admire or wish to emulate (instead of sit back and envy), started my own business/brand because it felt right (and I’ll figure out how to make a comfortable living out of it as I go), and… I always try to SPEAK and LIVE my truth and be fiercely me in every situation possible. ✨ There are still a gazillion ways I can improve in “just going for it” in my life, it’s a practice. We will always have plenty of fears behind every thought and dream, but practicing facing them and making them less scary is the way through. ✨ PSA! It’s Feb. 1st, which means 1. It’s my birthday month, woo! 2. There are TEN days left to make a deposit for the Belize Jungle Retreat and get a complimentary 30 minute private yoga OR spiritual coaching sesh with me! (During the retreat!) and the early bird pricing is still going on! Link in bio for more info! Happy Thursday, friends!🌴

There are two ways of spreading light ✨ Be the candle, or the mirror that reflects it . . . . The light within is often dimmed until we begin to truly “see” ourselves with compassion and love. We are about to embark on a transformational journey during our Reiki Training January 27th, 28th & February 24th! We will dive deep into our hearts & souls to connect with who we are 🙏🏻 When we learn to see, heal, accept and love ourselves without conditions, we can look at others in that same light. When we shine our light of self love and compassion, we give others permission to do the same! Imagine a world where everyone felt safe, loved & secure🌎 ❤️🦋🌈🙏🏻 . . For more information on our trainings go to or click the link in my bio 👆🏻 🙏🏻#reikimaster #reiki #selflove #healing #compassion #spiritualmentor #peacewithin #healwithin #trilogysanctuary @sittinprettykristi 💕🧘‍♀️

I will give Reiki anywhere, anytime. I don’t need my table, I don’t need my crystals, I don’t need my sage. These objects do assist in my sessions, but they are extras. All I need to give Reiki is myself and a person who is open to receiving. In addition to serving the client, Reiki serves me. As the energy flows through me to the client, I receive it too. I am grateful for these moments. 💜💆🏻👐🏼 Also, this is my dad. 👨‍👧 . . . . #reiki #reikihealing #reikilife #reikiusui #naturalhealing #energyhealing #energywork #energy #energyhealer #holistic #easternmedicine #chakra #heartchakra #rosequartz #sage #distancehealing #selfcare #healingcrystals #compassion #wellness #manifest #manifestation #manifestreikiherbs #wellnesspractitioner #sandiego #sandiegoreiki #reikisandiego #southparksd #reikidad
