Today we’d like to introduce you to Allison Vercelli.
So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
I became a SAHM when my job of 10 years was eliminated after the birth of our first son. Like most things, it turned out to be a blessing as we went on to have three boys and I never missed a moment or milestone with any of them. But after five years of being home, I just needed something for me. I looked into every job opportunity but nothing made sense. The jobs that paid good money, required too many hours away from our boys (something I was not willing to do) and the jobs that allowed flexibility didn’t pay enough money. That was when I was introduced to network marketing. I NEVER imagined myself being an entrepreneur and especially not in network marketing; but I figured it would be something for me and I could get products for free. So, I joined.
But I let my fears and insecurities hold me back. I was so worried about what others would think, feared judgment, rejection, and failure so I did nothing with my business and lost money for an entire year.
One year in, my husband found ourselves needing a second income. I did not want to go back to the full-time grind. It was at that same time that I was seeing so many women in my company having huge success. I finally said, “this is my answer.” Instead of telling myself every reason why I couldn’t do it, I asked: “Why not me?”
I made some shifts and within six months I was at the top 2% of my company. Two years later, I hit the top 0.1%.
Now, my passion is educating and empowering other female entrepreneurs to push through their fears, overcome their limiting beliefs, get to work and achieve success beyond their wildest dreams.
Has it been a smooth road?
Not at all! Again, I worried what everyone would think and feared judgment. I let it hold me back for so long.
What I have learned is that no one is thinking about you anyway! They are too busy wondering what everyone is thinking about THEM!
And the ones that do judge will always have an opinion anyway, no matter what you do, so don’t worry about them. DO what lights you up! You will inspire women along the way.
I also had self-doubts and told myself every limiting belief.
What I have realized is that everyone has doubts and fears. The difference is what you do with them!
My entire business changed when I stopped saying any reason why I couldn’t do it and asked “Why not me?”
You can do anything… IF you go for it.

I am in network marketing. Since reaching the top of my company, I am helping other female network marketers to achieve success.
I hope to be known for being real and relatable. Again, I didn’t have the fast start you hear so many leaders talk about. I had fears, doubts, and insecurities just like most women. But I pushed through them to achieve success beyond my wildest dreams and I love helping other women to do the same. I know what is possible and I truly believe that anyone can do it! If I can do it, you can do it! Let’s do it together!
Which women have inspired you in your life?
My grandmother. She always said that everything happens for a reason and I believe that. Even when things don’t go how we hoped, I believe that it is life directing us to something better or teaching us a lesson we needed to learn.
