Meet Sidnev Muldrow of Realtor at Canter Real Estate Group, Compass in La Jolla and Downtown

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sidnev Muldrow.

Sidnev, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Sidnev began her career as a director of marketing for the technological firm while attending the University of Louisville. She majored in Marketing and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and she minored in International Business. After graduation, she moved to Boca Raton, Florida and started to pursue a career in real estate in 2004. After a successful 3 years as a top producer and Rookie top producer, she decided to explore other possibilities and move to California. Sidnev is going on her 12th year as a licensed Realtor in California. She has extensive background and knowledge in selling residential real estate, short sales, real estate owned properties, property management, rental placement, relocation, and an all-encompassing buyers’ agent. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, yoga, working out, and spending quality time with her dog.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The process has been relatively really smooth. The only setback was after moving to San Diego, the recession happened not too long after. My company at the time had to close down during the recession. Luckily, I had bartending experience from my college years to fall back on.

Any shoutouts? Who else deserves credit in this story – who has played a meaningful role?
One of my favorite mentors and good friends is Andrew Canter. He created a great team and business. He is always open to hear new ideas and help you grow in the process. He’s always supportive and understanding and more importantly cares about his team, people, and your success.
