We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Sometimes the road has been smooth, sometimes it has been bumpy, sometimes it feels like you are effortlessly in cruise control, and sometimes it seems like your just spinning your tires in quicksand. The important part is to keep your eye on the prize. Never give up until you achieve your dreams. Once you reach your dreams, dream up even better ones. When I had a very negative experience with a business partner and they stole a lot of money from me, for one split second, I thought about giving up. But then, the very next second, I knew in my heart if I just continued to help others and always live with the best intentions, it would all work out. And it did. That faith, and unwillingness to give up has brought me places beyond my wildest dreams. If you are beginning your journey, make up your mind beforehand on exactly what your goal is, and never lose sight of that through ANY struggles. My first goal was to open a facility, and 12 years later it is to positively impact as many people as I possibly can.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with Shape your Destiny and Cure In 4 – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I am a master trainer, very well-known for working with people with ailments or disorders. I love helping people with injuries because nothing feels better than to bring someone hope. I work with spina bifida clients, young women with prosthetic limbs, and a wide scope of other areas. I’m very proud to be a LuLu Lemon ambassador, have my own television show, and be the nutritional coach for children at Camp Shane, where I get to educate and help obese children live healthier lifestyles, and increase their confidence.

What advice would you give to someone at the start of her career?
POSITIVE SELF TALK- Remind yourself every morning how capable you are of achieving your dreams. In a competitive business world, it can be easy to get stuck dwelling on any negatives. If you CHOOSE to think positively, you will naturally attract health, wealth, and a sense of well-being. But this doesn’t happen easily. You have to have routines to train yourself.
