Today we’d like to introduce you to Jacqueline Vignona .
Hi Jacqueline, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
I started my food blog as a creative outlet when I was a stay at home mom. I’ve always had a knack for healthy cooking and entertaining so it was a very natural transition into the food industry. What started off as a hobby, quickly took off. Now, I am a recipe developer & a content creator for small & large global brands. I also do private cooking lessons, as well as private events, where I come and teach people how to cook healthy & delicious food or make beautiful platters for entertaining. I absolutely love the idea of taking elevating food to the next level & have found such joy in helping others learn the art of food.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It’s mostly been a smooth road, however, I had just launched a keto sweets (dessert line) late 2019, then Covid hit. So that has been put on hold, but I have a new catering business that will launch in spring 2022, so all in all it worked out.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
There are tons of food bloggers & recipe creators but what is different about my food is that I pride myself on creating realistic recipes for the average person. My food has to not only be delicious, but it must be easy to make and will never contain foreign ingredients that you’ve never heard of. I also specialize in creating low carb/ healthy meals that the whole family will eat. As a busy mom, I understand the value of a healthy dinner that can be made in minutes & everyone will actually eat!
What do you like best about our city? What do you like least?
San Diego is the best city in the world! I love the culture, the beaches of course & the balance between city and beach life. I will say that traffic is starting to get a little crazy in the past couple of years, but that’s my only complaint.
