Today we’d like to introduce you to Terri Litzkow.
Hi Terri, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
Born and raised in the Big Sky State of Montana, I moved to Southern California in 1988 to further my education. Shortly thereafter, I became a professional cheerleader with the Los Angeles Raiders in 1992 and in 1998 started flying as a flight attendant for American Airlines. 2015, I was asked to perform a fellow Raiderette sister’s wedding, that was the beginning of Terri Ties the Knot. In 2018 I retired from American Airlines and obtained my real estate licenses in Nevada and California. In 2018 I created a program entitled “Kiss to Keys”. It was the beginning of writing two chapters in their book of life, their first kiss to the first set of house keys to their new home.
2016 was the busiest year, solely performing over 220 weddings, I needed help with the amount of requests. In 2017 I brought on another Raiderette sister and added her to Terri Ties the Knot group and in 2018 added another Raiderette sister, all to help with the number of weddings Terri Ties the Knot was being asked to perform from Santa Ynez to San Diego, to Palm Desert and even Tijuana, Mexico.
Terri Ties the Knot is not limited to weddings, we perform vow renewals, commitment ceremonies, wedding coordinating, day of coordination, one of a kind personal wedding cakes, bilingual ceremonies, and all Spanish ceremonies. All these services are provided that Brides and Grooms love.
Licensed to perform in California and Nevada for weddings and real estate. We are the preferred officiant ministers for Wedgewood Properties. Specifically included in your ministry package at Orchard Wedgewood in the Temecula area.
Recently Terri Ties the Knot added services in Northern California area of Napa wine country with another addition of a Raiderette sister performing ceremonies and weddings.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Behind every successful business is hard work and Terri Ties the Knot and the Kiss to Keys real estate program is not without growing pains. Terri Ties the Knot is a work is progress, my business is blessed by God and the quality of ladies working with Terri Ties the Knot. I rely on each lady to create a unique and customized ceremony for every couple.

Gratitude comes in many forms such as a spoken work, touch or an emotion. Hearing a “thank you so much”, seeing a tear in their eyes, feeling an embracing hug, an unforgettable smile are all ways that what we do at Terri Ties the Knot is successful.
