Today we’d like to introduce you to Nick Tucker.
Hi Nick, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
I originally grew up in San Diego California in City Heights/North Park where I started skateboarding at the age of 11. From there I was able to obtain a shop sponsor called Street Machine Skate shop where I met some of my closest friends of this day. I carried on my career and eventually made the move to Los Angeles where things really started to take off and take shape. I was fortunate enough to start traveling at just 17 and became a household name worldwide.
Fast forward to now, I own my very own brand called “We Are Wolves” and aim to give back to the skate community in every way possible.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Some of the struggles I encountered were adversity within the industry and politics due to naysayers and things of that sort.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
I am currently focused on content creation and of course product development. I’ve been lucky to be at the forefront and help start a lot of big brands you see around today. I am most proud of my individuality and being able to freely create for my supporters.
Before we go, is there anything else you can share with us?
Thank you for the opportunity and remember, there is a Wolf inside of each and every one of us. 🐺🏁
