Community Highlights: Meet Karoline Pioto of BellaBabeFit

Today we’d like to introduce you to Karoline Pioto.  She and her team share their story with us below:

Meet Booty Coach Karoline, born and raised in Brazil! Karoline and her Online Fitness Coaching Company, BellaBabeFit, have helped countless women to transform their confidence and self-worth, achieve the body of their dreams, lose weight, build curves, and become the most Bootylicious, Fit, Feminine, and Magnetic version of themselves! Karoline’s approach is focused on long-term results and helping clients to make health and fitness their lifestyle in a sustainable way that makes them feel empowered! Karoline loves keeping her body in shape but has never really been into competitions, she enjoys building strong, sexy, and feminine physiques. She also holds Booty Lab Classes every Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30 pm at Ocean Pacific Gym & Wellness in Pacific Beach and it’s free for members, yay!!! In addition to being an experienced NASM Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, Karoline also holds certifications: Precision Nutrition L1, RYT 200 Hatha, and Vinyasa, RYT 200 Vinyasa, Sculpt Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
The struggle with starting my own business was learning how to take risks and to be ok with the feeling of instability. And also know that it all depends on me to make it work! 

Appreciate you sharing that. What should we know about BellaBabeFit ?
I provide Online and 1:1 Fitness Coaching. My specialization is female physiques (fit, feminine, curvy, functional, and strong). I’m known as a Booty Coach specialist and also my Booty Lab Class and for leading many of Sunset Yoga Bonfire classes! What sets me apart is that I deliver results and every woman that goes through my coaching process learn how to safely exercise on their own, gain confidence at the gym and in life, learn what and how to eat in order to maintain the body they want to live in without restrictions and in a sustainable way so they completely go through a lifestyle change that they can maintain long-term and become the best version of themselves, a version that they feel proud of. 🙂 I use a holistic approach so their experience is life-changing and I’m proud of when I see them becoming independent and passionate about fitness.

Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I feel like, with time, more and more people will transition from in-person training to online training. I find it to be just more effective, specially with nowadays busy schedules and also how internet is facilitating everyone’s life
