Daily Inspiration: Meet Jesse Biondi

Today we’d like to introduce you to Jesse Biondi.

Jesse, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
I’ve always been a creative person, but it took me a while to figure out how to turn my creativity into a career. I’ve had a variety of jobs over the years, from construction to music teaching to event moderating. But it wasn’t until I met my wife, Melissa LeEllen, that I really started to believe in myself and my ability to make a difference in the world.

Melissa is the CEO of Creative Global Entertainment, a brand elevation marketing company. She’s incredibly talented and driven, and she’s always been a great role model for me. When she asked me to join her team as COO, I was thrilled. It’s the perfect opportunity for me to use my skills and experience to help others achieve their dreams.

I’m so grateful for the opportunity to work with Melissa and the rest of the Creative Global Entertainment team. We’re passionate about helping our clients build their businesses, and we’re always looking for new ways to be creative and innovative. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for us!

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Embarking on the entrepreneurial journey is a formidable endeavor, particularly in an unpredictable world such as the one we have navigated over the past few years. Along this path, we have encountered numerous challenges that have tested our resilience and determination. From parting ways with business partners to recognizing that collaboration requires discernment, we have been shaped by various learning experiences.

There have been moments when the allure of a stable corporate job seemed irresistible, yet the rewards and fulfillment of owning our own enterprise far surpass any transient hardships we have faced. While it is natural to desire greater financial stability, more amiable clients, and additional time off, we recognize that these experiences contribute to our growth and development. It is through these trials that we come to truly cherish our successes, and the lessons learned are invaluable gifts we wouldn’t trade for an easier journey.

Ultimately, life is a reflection of our mindset. Challenges are inevitable, whether we pursue entrepreneurship or work for others. The key is to approach each day with the intention of transforming our struggles into opportunities for self-improvement. We must resist the temptation to surrender to fear, and instead cultivate the tenacity required to attain our goals, no matter the circumstances.

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
In addition to my creative work at Creative Global Entertainment, I also have a successful music career that I have been pursuing for over 25 years. As a solo musician, I write, record, produce, and perform my original music and creative covers. I have been playing music for over 35 years, and it has been a constant source of inspiration and strength throughout my life. I am classically trained on the cello, but I typically play guitar and sing when I perform live. I also play a variety of other instruments and have developed the skills to produce my own recordings over the past few years.

I have recently released two full-length albums and a few EPs, and my music has been well-received by critics and fans alike. My songs are conscious and positive, and they often speak to people who are tired of the status quo and want to make a difference in the world. My latest album, “Power to Change,” encourages listeners to come together and create a better future for themselves and for everyone.

You can find me playing shows at various venues around my area, creating music for myself and other artists in my studio, or writing custom music for podcasts, commercials, or jingles. No matter what I’m doing, I put my whole heart into it and always make sure it is my best work.

Can you talk to us a bit about the role of luck?
I can’t say that I believe in luck, but I do put a lot of stock in manifestation and trusting the universe to provide. There have been MANY examples of this, even some extremely recently. Literally, just a few days ago, we needed a certain amount of money to meet our quota for this month, and out of nowhere, we received a check for a rebate that we weren’t expecting that covered the entire amount that we needed. This happens constantly. We will say that we need something in our lives, we will believe that it is coming to us, and then it will appear in a very short amount of time. Another example of this happened just last week. A client of ours needed a packaging company in order to bottle a sauce that they make. The very next day, another client of ours came by with his daughter, who works AT A PACKAGING COMPANY! She was able to give us the information that we needed to get our client started with his needs. It all comes down to the way you speak to yourself and trusting that the universe has your best interests and will provide for you. So, have I been lucky? Some would maybe say so, but I have worked hard to position myself in a place that all of my needs are being met as I walk the path that the universe has laid out for me.
