Hi Maria, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started social media when I was 15 for fun making funny and relatable videos, and then I found my passion for fashion and took the opportunity to make it something where I could inspire people and teach new things through my videos.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
It definitely hasn’t been a smooth transition it took a long time for me to grow my page, and handling the comments on social media can be very hard as well, but I never regret anything that has been part of the process. I am extremely grateful for all the people who have supported me throughout my journey and the people that continue to support me now.
Thanks – so, what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am known for making trendy videos on TikTok and fashion content on Instagram. I make outfit videos and posts on Instagram to teach people or give them ideas on how they can dress better according to their own personal style. I am very proud to have inspired so many people specially women with my fashion content.
Risk-taking is a topic that people have widely differing views on – we’d love to hear your thoughts.
I believe I am a risk taker, to put yourself out there is the first risk you have to take if you wanna succeed in social media. It’s not easy to start posting about what you love with the fear that people are gonna judge you, but you have to do it anyways and believe in yourself.
