My journey with painting began at the tender age of six, a passion that persisted alongside the demands of school and, eventually, my career in accounting. However, it was during an internship in bustling New York City that my longing for painting resurfaced with a newfound intensity.
Seeking solace in art classes during my time in the city, I found myself rejuvenated by the creative process. This experience not only reignited my passion for painting but also sparked a pivotal realization – one that would ultimately shape my entrepreneurial path. With a blend of creative flair and business acumen, I embarked on launching my venture, “Paint & Wine,” in 2017.
Today, Paint & Wine is a beacon of creativity, hosting vibrant events for groups ranging from friends and family gatherings to bachelorette parties, baby showers, and children’s celebrations. Additionally, we’ve had the privilege of collaborating with companies and facilitating painting classes as team-building exercises or as unique corporate events for their clientele.
This journey has been a testament to the power of blending passion with entrepreneurship, and I am grateful for the opportunity to share the joy of painting with others through Paint & Wine.
Let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what challenges have you had to overcome?
While I wouldn’t describe my journey as “smooth,” there have certainly been moments of challenge where I’ve felt stuck or struggled to tap into my creativity. Yet, despite these obstacles, it’s been an incredibly rewarding journey filled with its fair share of ups and downs, as is the case with any venture in life. Nevertheless, I find immense joy in every aspect of it.
Running a creative business affords me the opportunity to continuously experiment, explore new avenues, and inspire others to discover the profound joys of artistic expression. It’s a privilege to share the transformative power of art with others, and I relish the ability to foster creativity and connection within my community.

Our primary focus lies in delivering exceptional private events in Tijuana or San Diego, where we offer the immersive Paint & Wine experience tailored for groups ranging from a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 100 individuals. Additionally, we extend the joy of artistic expression beyond our physical events through our convenient “Artist Kit To-Go.”
This comprehensive box contains all the necessary supplies, empowering anyone, regardless of their painting experience, to create a masterpiece in the comfort of their own home. Recently, we’ve introduced a new service called our “Masterclass,” where I share my expertise and insights on hosting Paint & Wine events. This invaluable resource is designed for individuals looking to launch similar ventures in cities beyond our reach, offering comprehensive guidance, tips, and tricks gleaned from our experiences.
Furthermore, we’ve diversified our offerings with an interactive painting experience station, perfect for enhancing large events such as weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, and corporate gatherings. Guests collaborate on a blank canvas, contributing brushstrokes that collectively form a masterpiece, serving as a cherished memory of the celebration.

What were you like growing up?
As I reflect on my childhood, a deep-rooted passion for teaching emerges vividly in my memories. Whether it was unraveling the intricacies of math, science, or history during lively group study sessions at my home or simply losing myself in the world of coloring books, my enthusiasm for sharing knowledge was unmistakable.
Despite my occasional shyness, there was an innate joy in simplifying complex concepts for others, a joy that often found expression in the strokes of a crayon on restaurant napkins. Perhaps these moments of artistic exploration laid the foundation for my inclination toward teaching, particularly in the realm of art. Among the cherished memories of my journey, the Paint & Wine classes have a special place.
Witnessing the sheer delight on my client’s faces as they gaze upon their completed masterpieces fills me with an indescribable sense of fulfillment. Their smiles, reflecting genuine astonishment and pride, become a source of boundless joy for me, reinforcing my love for teaching and sharing the beauty of art with others.
