My story is rooted in a deeply personal journey—my experience as a mother navigating the unique joys and challenges of raising my son, Everett, who has special needs. Motherhood has taught me so much about myself, exposing areas where I needed to grow and heal. One of the most profound lessons I’ve learned is the reality of “mom guilt”—a feeling that’s rarely talked about but deeply felt. The pressure to meet expectations—providing, cleaning, taking care of yourself, and juggling everything else—can lead to overwhelming self-doubt. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of how vital it is to have a village you can lean on, inspiring me to create a way to make a meaningful impact on more families.
With over a decade of experience as a Nanny, Newborn Care Specialist, Sleep Consultant, and Lactation Educator, I’ve earned the nickname “the baby whisperer” among my clients. Throughout my career, families often came to me seeking trusted recommendations for nannies and other specialized caregivers. It became clear that what they needed was a comprehensive, tailored solution to simplify their lives and meet their unique childcare needs.
This personal path not only gave me an appreciation for the challenges parents face but also highlighted the immense value of compassionate, high-quality support—a level of care that empowers families to thrive. It’s this understanding that led me to establish The Elite Baby Co. in 2020, a one-stop agency offering a range of specialized services, from skilled Birth Doulas and Postpartum Doulas to Newborn Care Specialists and expert Nannies. Our mission is straightforward but profound: to empower families by providing the highest level of personalized support, allowing them to embrace the joys of parenthood with confidence.
Building this agency has been both challenging and incredibly fulfilling. Balancing my son’s care while developing a brand committed to excellence required dedication and precision. I poured my time and energy into creating a service that goes beyond expectations, reflecting a commitment to supporting families in San Diego with care that is both professional and personalized.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Like any worthwhile endeavor, building The Elite Baby Co. has come with its share of challenges. Balancing the growth of the agency while raising my son, working full-time, and managing with limited family support nearby was difficult. Leaving my son at night to work as an NCS and dealing with exhaustion were part of my daily reality. I had to be strategic with my time and lean on trusted advisors, like my business coach Megan Metzger. Who offered valuable guidance. It took courage to put myself out there and overcome feelings of low self-confidence and imposter syndrome. However, my love for working with families and my entrepreneurial spirit pushed me forward, as did the resilience I gained from facing adversity in childhood. These experiences fueled my dedication to building an agency known for excellence.

Pricing:
- Exclusive Services: We offer elite, specialized support for every stage of early parenthood, including Overnight Newborn Care, 24-Hour Newborn Care, and in-person Sleep Consulting, along with full-time and part-time nannies. Hourly rates for Postpartum Doulas or Newborn Care Specialists start at $45-$60, with an additional nightly agency fee starting at $95. (Packages Available)
- Part-Time Nanny Placement (20-30 hours/week): $3,997 placement fee, includes a 60-day replacement period. Specialty Part-Time Nanny Placement (with additional skills or duties): $5,297 placement fee, includes a 90-day replacement period.
- Full-Time Nanny Placement (30+ hours/week): $8,497 placement fee, includes a 90-day replacement period. Specialty Full-Time Nanny Placement (advanced skills like family assistance): $9,497 placement fee, includes a 120-day replacement period.
