LaKisha, thanks for joining us again. We’re so excited to have a product focused conversation today. Can you bring our readers up to speed on the product side?
Herbal tea is one of the best things ever. Who knew you can get better and feel better by just drinking a cup of tea. What we sell here is herbal tea blends and loose leaf tea to help with the body. You have GI problems we have tea for that or do you have problems with high blood pressure or high blood sugar we have tea for that. Out loose leaf tea is all natural ingredients no GMO all organic.

Can you walk us through the onboarding process for a new client?
With new clients, how the process works is they will tell us what’s going on and what they need he tea for. Let’s say for a girl she comes and say she wants to grow her hair long So we will give her an herbal tea to help with that.

How do most people hear about your product?
With marketing we do a lot of posting on social media, however a lot of it is word of mouth. A lot of our customers will tell their friends about us.

What are you most thankful for?
The biggest thing im thankful for is how much my customers trust me to tell me things. They come to me and tell me what’s going on and sometimes they are embarrassed to tell me. But what I tell my customers is this is a safe space and we are not here to judge. That’s when we build trust and it helps to let them know they are not alone and we are here to help.
