Alberto Esteban of Escondido and San Diego on Life, Lessons & Legacy

We recently had the chance to connect with Alberto Esteban and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Alberto, thank you so much for taking time out of your busy day to share your story, experiences and insights with our readers. Let’s jump right in with an interesting one: What is a normal day like for you right now?
A Normal day for me right now is get up set up my team for our schedule and walkthrough with client and appointment for jobs.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hello, Everyone My name its Albert Esteban I’m the owner of P.A.C.D Landscaping and Construction Design with my dad Pedro Esteban i just turn 21 years old this year and we specialist on custom hardscape design for client all over San Diego county. We do free consultant and we design your dream back yard and show it to you in 3D rendering before we start your project. P.A.C.D is unique because we just got our General B License which we can do home remodel from the interior to the exterior we are looking to get our pool license soon as well so we can be a 1 stop shop for all client in San Diego county.

Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. Who saw you clearly before you could see yourself?
My Parents so me clearly before me because when i was just 10 years old they will push me in life to work hard and they are the reason I’m the man i am now thxs to my parents.

Was there ever a time you almost gave up?
Yes i think everyone in life had a time like that. when i almost gave up its when i was still in high school and i didn’t like the work my parents do but i keep pushing my self for my dream to be one of the biggest company in San Diego.

So a lot of these questions go deep, but if you are open to it, we’ve got a few more questions that we’d love to get your take on. Whose ideas do you rely on most that aren’t your own?
The ideas i rely on the most its on my dad and moms because i look up to them and they will always give the best advise.

Thank you so much for all of your openness so far. Maybe we can close with a future oriented question. Are you doing what you were born to do—or what you were told to do?
I’m doing what i was born to do because i love my job every morning i wake up its something new meeting new people. listening to people about there dream back yard and bringing it to life its just amazing.
