Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi, I’m Viridiana Rosas, founder of Everest Janitorial Inc., a woman and minority-owned commercial cleaning company. Since 2018, we’ve been providing reliable, detail-oriented cleaning for all commercial spaces. For me, Everest Janitorial is about more than cleaning—it’s about creating opportunities, leading with integrity, and showing that women and minorities can run a successful business with heart.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. What did you believe about yourself as a child that you no longer believe?
As a child, I thought my purpose was to pour every ounce of myself into pleasing others, hiding my own feelings in the shadows while I put everyone else first.
If you could say one kind thing to your younger self, what would it be?
