Today we’d like to introduce you to Kasey Benham.
Hi Kasey, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
Initially, I was looking for a new creative outlet, and was introduced to jewelry making. Through the encouragement of family and friends alike, Magnolia & Pearl was born. I am a lover of the natural world around me, and have been able to include these notes of inspiration within my brand from the start. Be it the ocean, the mountains, and the flowers around me.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
As with life, there is always struggle. Within that struggle, one grows as a person, and in my w0rk that growth is reflected throughout, both on personal and business levels. I’ve been able to build strong and supportive lifelong relationships through this community which have been such a blessing to me.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know about your work?
I make simple and elegant pieces for every lifestyle. My pieces can be a part of a set, or stand out on their own as a statement. From business to minimal, you will find something for everyone.
My designs are inspired by elements of nature with notes of boldness and subtlety, resulting in one of a kind pieces made with love and intention.
Are there any important lessons you’ve learned that you can share with us?
The most prominent lesson I’ve learned is to know the limits of what I am capable of, while staying true to myself.
