Today we’d like to introduce you to Noelle Malvin.
Noelle, please share your story with us.
As a little girl, my grandfather was my hero. In my eyes, he was the greatest man on this planet. When I turned fifteen, I watched him everyday melt from this beautiful powerful man to a man that was sixty-five pounds and dying of cancer. Shortly after his death, I felt in my soul that I needed to make an impact on this world. So, I decided to study psychology in college but a few months after my twenty-first birthday, my father died of a heart attack. After yet another heartbreaking death, I knew my calling was to help people heal from trauma. Fast forward to ten years later and already practicing as a counselor, once again I was hit with the harrowing news that my mother was diagnosed with cancer. At this point, I knew I had enough, and that my family was never going to go through this again. That is when my life changed full circle. I made a conscious choice to move in the direction of health and wellness. At that moment, I put all of my knowledge into my mother’s recovery. We put her on an alkaline diet of raw natural foods, got her exercising daily, and removed all of her limiting beliefs and toxins in her body. With all these changes in practice, I can gladly say that today my mother is ten years cancer free!
From the moment my mother was diagnosed, I knew it was my purpose to give people an awareness of wellness. I started on a spiritual journey and learned about connecting the Mind Body Soul and Spirit to overall wellness. On top of my graduate degrees in Counseling, Psychology, and Leadership, I also studied Nutrition, Quantum Physics, Energy Healing, Neuro-Linguistic Programs, and Yoga. Knowing that teaching people to heal their body and Mind from the inside out was literally my purpose in life. Today, I am living my dream as a Health and Wellness Counselor, Transformational Coach and Motivational Speaker by fulfilling that purpose and giving back while guiding people to become the highest version of themselves, achieving self-mastery and discovering their soul’s purpose.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Like everyone, my journey has not always been easy. I have dealt with many twists, turns, and obstacles climbing that elusive mountain. Starting at the age of fifteen I had to look death literally in the face with my grandfather, then my father shortly after, and followed by the Illness of my mother. Little did I know that all of these life-changing events would only be the beginning of the climb. Becoming an entrepreneur and leaving the safety net of a secure job, I literally had to face every single fear I have ever had.
In some ways, I knew the trauma my family had endured gave me power. Power to conquer every fear, knowing that fear was just a limiting belief that could be overcome. Eventually, I used that same fear as a motivator instead of what was once debilitating became empowering. Allowing me to know my inner strength.
My advice to my clients, as well as every woman out there, is to know your strength and power. It all lies within us, we just need to tap into that internal power. Self-mastery comes from within, never from an external source. There will always be obstacles, we just need to have enough self-love and self-confidence to know we can move them.

As a Transformational Coach and Motivational Speaker, she is living her dream by fulfilling her purpose of giving back and guiding people to become the highest version of themselves, achieve self-mastery, and discovering their soul’s purpose.
I believe what sets me apart from others in my field is not only do I focus on overall wellness by connecting mind, body, soul, and spirit, but I am formally trained in a vast variety of aspects of wellness. Such as, focusing on the mind by removing limiting beliefs that were stored in the subconscious as children with the knowledge I gained from graduate degrees in Counseling and Psychology. The plasticity of the brain by understanding how it works and how it thrives. Also, how to change thought patterns and reprogram the brain through my training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Removing the energy blocks that are stored in the body through my training in Energy Healing and connecting it all to people’s soul purpose. and, aligning people to their highest self through my training in Quantum Healing and Quantum Physics. Also, being an athlete my entire life and through my yoga practice for the past fifteen years, I’ve learned how nutrition and exercise affect the kinesiology of the brain. With the combination of my training and sixteen years of experience, I believe that what sets me apart from many in my field is my gift is to guide people to self-mastery allowing them to truly LIVE their best life.
Were there people and/or experiences you had in your childhood that you feel laid the foundation for your success?
I believe that my childhood showed me perseverance and strength. From death, I learned to value life and to not only exist, but to thrive, and truly LIVE this journey we call life, knowing each breath is sacred and a gift. From hardship, I learned we all have an inner power, an inner gift that we were blessed with and it is our responsibility to bring that gift to this world. I learned life is here to teach us and push us to expand into the greatest version of ourselves. I learned the importance of honoring our minds and our bodies and to make an impact as big and as often as we can. Finally, and most importantly, I learned to LOVE Always, because tomorrow is never promised.
