Inspiring Conversations with Nadia Munla

Today we’d like to introduce you to Nadia Munla.

Hi Nadia, it’s an honor to have you on the platform. Thanks for taking the time to share your story with us – to start maybe you can share some of your backstory with our readers?
As an Embodiment and Intimacy Coach, I work with leaders, innovators and visionaries who are doing magical things in the world but who are still missing the connection to their truest compass and most powerful ally… their bodies. I got to this work because my life was a recipe for disconnection and disembodiment.

Growing up during the Civil war in Beirut, Lebanon, my nervous system was bombarded from a very early age. Add on the typical messages I received about my body as a feminine being about sensuality being dangerous, emotionality being weak and play being unproductive… all this led to a recipe for disconnection from my most important ally, my body. I am so passionate about getting humans embodied again to upgrade our individual life experience but also because collectively, I believe embodied humans will heal the planet.

Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
It was definitely not smooth! But I wouldn’t trade it for anything else. My life experience is what has shaped me into the leader that can guide people on the journey back to their bodies. Some of my struggles included deep childhood war trauma and sexual trauma as a teenager, which has led me down the path of learning and mastering the nervous system and mindfulness techniques in order to life a thriving life.

As a child of a Lebanese Muslim and a German Christian, I never belonged anywhere. Although that led to deep isolation, it also taught me the importance of being a bridge. And now my identity as a bridge and a modern nomad is what influences my work.

Thanks for sharing that. So, maybe next you can tell us a bit more about your work?
I’m an Embodiment & Intimacy Coach and the creator of Embody by Nadia™. I coach and train visionaries & magic-makers in the art (and science) of Embodied Leadership and Revolutionary Intimacy.

Embody has been featured at the Health Coach Institute, Soul Camp (East & West), Goddess-on-the-Go, World Domination Summit, and many other events/retreats in Bali, Peru, Tulum and Hawaii. Embody is also being taught at a UK Womxn’s Prison, at an Eating Disorder Clinic and will soon teach classes to teens and WOC fighting depression. My core belief is that embracing our full range is the way we access our deepest potential and power. Embody currently has over 40 teachers facilitating this moving meditation class across the Globe.

Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I certify teachers in the Embody method once a year. Info can be found at: I also work one-on-one as a coach for a handful of women and couples each year who are looking to deepen their intimacy and embodiment.
