Today we’d like to introduce you to Taylor Quillen.
Hi Taylor, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started my business about a year ago with no intentions of what was going to happen. I loved getting spray tans and decided why not learn what it is all about? Learning this would give me a skill to help make women feel more confident. A few weeks in I began to have a real passion for it and decided to see what I could make of it. Almost a year later I am spraying both men and women at my in home studio as well as mobile.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
For the most part it has been pretty smooth, people are lying if they say small business owning is easy. The struggles are what allows you to grow.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a local airbrush spray tan artist. I specialize in creating custom glowing tans for men and women.
Let’s talk about our city – what do you love? What do you not love?
What is there not to love about San Diego it is absolutely beautiful. But my favorite thing would definitely be the weather! I am hear for the sunny and 75. One thing I don’t like is I wish it was less expensive for small businesses to open up shops.
