Desiree, it’s always a pleasure to learn from you and your journey. Let’s start with a bit of a warmup: What do you think is misunderstood about your business?
There’s a difference between a doctor and a healer. I am a healer of trauma for the sake of Soul Liberation. This involves making the unconscious depths of a person known by way of radical honesty, not by creating false narratives that sound tame or good. When a person is guided into meeting their true Self, and offered strategies about how to go about mastering the gifts and curses (or earth bound challenges) that Self was born in with, a New Human is born. I see myself as an integrative healer of the Old (false) Self and Spiritual Midwife of the New (Authentic) Self. The Authentic Self, I have found is what most would refer to as the “Soul” or Spark that Separated itself from the Original Source point of Creation in what many refer to as the “Big Bang.” All these terms are symbolic of course and simply meant to paint a palatable picture of the nature of existence, its not an exact explanation of the Mathematics of Existence itself, which would be too complex for our human mind to process and that’s actually the fun! There is never ending variety in the story lines we can come up with: some much more helpful and accurate than others of course. But point being, each person can pick and choose whichever symbolism and storylines work for them. So Jesus reminds us with his final breath on the Cross that “It is Finished,” meaning he cracked the code for us that any path has the potential to lead us “Home.” This is where religious and mystical belief systems come into play and many of them work just fine as long as they convey the essential Universal Truths that none of us can escape, such as: You reap what you sow or the idea of Karmic Debts needing to be paid in order for a Soul to return to Balance or Eternal Peace and Unity with the Singular Source of the All. However, most people have inherited belief systems meant to control and usurp personal Sovereignty rather than convey the Truth, and these limiting belief systems are too small to allow for their full Self to emerge. That’s where I come in, like Jesus did, to shatter limiting beliefs and offer a new, more expansive yet grounded Psychological Construct that comes with practical steps that must be taken in order to allow the Soul to take up more space inside the confines of that physical body system until it reaches Critical Mass and starts running the show almost on autopilot. This is the point of Enlightenment or Spiritual Re-Birth. Of course I cannot control what people do with the triggers or insights I bring up, that is up to them. I am simply a Mirror interface between who they are currently operating as and Who they have the potential to become. And this is why I am often misunderstood because many people do not like what I bring up for them and so they leave my Presence (physically or digitally) having decided that I am the problem instead of understanding I simply came to reveal the roots of their problems that need to be addressed before they are free to expand into a greater version of themselves. And I have learned to honor that choice at this point.
Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
I am a Life Mastery Consultant and Spiritual Midwife of those needing guidance in transitioning from one version of themselves to another. I enjoy writing Self-Help books, speaking on various platforms and teaching profound wisdom principles using my own messy life experiences as illustrations of how concepts can be applied in a grounded way. I also have a new passion for creating erotic art where I can help others merge their Sexuality back together with their Spirituality in timeless imagery blended with thought provoking perspectives that slip past the logic and penetrate my audience directly in their Soul.
Thanks for sharing that. Would love to go back in time and hear about how your past might have impacted who you are today. What part of you has served its purpose and must now be released?
The part of me that needs to be right about everything or take on more than my own specific calling. I had to take a step back from my work for an extended sabbatical in which I needed to heal through my own codependency issues and bend towards workaholism which had led me unconsciously into making a series of collaboration decisions that were not sustainable in my own evolutionary process. I can’t say I regret anything because the learning I gained has been priceless, but I definitely understand the necessity of slowing down and faithfully doing my own inner work every day, rather than attempting to spiritually bypass things just because i’ve made it this far.
What did suffering teach you that success never could?
Suffering has given me a depth of Soul and capacity for empathy I don’t believe I otherwise could have accessed. The psychologist Carl Jung, one of my most sacred teachers, said: “No tree can grow to heaven unless its roots grow down to hell.” I have found this concept to be true time and time again.
Alright, so if you are open to it, let’s explore some philosophical questions that touch on your values and worldview. Is the public version of you the real you?
The public version of me or anybody else is always a matter of perspective and interpretation. Just like Jesus (or Yesua) is seen as a madman or criminal to some, he is seen as a Spiritual guide or even the Savior to others. He is whatever you say he is and so am I. Transparency this raw acts as a mirror reflecting back a person’s own Truth.
Before we go, we’d love to hear your thoughts on some longer-run, legacy type questions. If immortality were real, what would you build?
I’d build Heaven on Earth, which to me is simply a matter of helping everybody to discover their authentic Self, clear all the trauma and lies that hold them back, and give them the tools they need in order to follow the exact path that authentic Self wants to take. And in fact, this is the mission I have dedicated my life too, because I do believe my Soul is immortal and so whether in this body or in another form, this will always be my calling and I will always obey it.
