An Inspired Chat with Natalya Michelle of San Diego

We’re looking forward to introducing you to Natalya Michelle. Check out our conversation below.

Natalya, really appreciate you sharing your stories and insights with us. The world would have so much more understanding and empathy if we all were a bit more open about our stories and how they have helped shaped our journey and worldview. Let’s jump in with a fun one: Would YOU hire you? Why or why not?
Yes, without question. I walked through endometriosis myself, a condition that is just as common as diabetes and asthma. I was desperate for healing and solutions but dismissed, and misdiagnosed. I became the guide I once needed, and that’s why women trust me. I lead from lived experience, not theory.

Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
My name is Natalya Michelle, and I help women with endometriosis access holistic healing through a doctor in Colombia who changed my life. What started as a personal journey turned into something much bigger, a network of women who have flown across the world, trusted their bodies again, and finally found answers after years of being dismissed. I share my story through film, content, and consultation, helping women find the same peace and relief I did. My brand is deeply personal, built on raw truth, real results, and the belief that we deserve more than band-aid solutions.

Amazing, so let’s take a moment to go back in time. What’s a moment that really shaped how you see the world?
What shaped me was the moment I realized the system built to help us was actually harming us. After years of being dismissed and misdiagnosed, I stopped waiting for permission and chose to search for answers myself. That path led me all the way to the Amazon jungle in Colombia. That decision birthed something in me, and it changed how I see the world. We aren’t broken, we’re just being asked to listen deeper by our bodies.

When did you stop hiding your pain and start using it as power?
When I realized my story wasn’t just mine. I saw women online on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok sharing stories that were even more heartbreaking than mine. Women who were losing their hair, having organs removed, losing hope. Some were losing their jobs, their relationships, even their children through miscarriage. I wasn’t alone. And if I wasn’t alone, maybe I wasn’t crazy either. When I made the decision to seek healing outside the system, I pressed record, and I started documenting the journey, posting about it and answering messages from women across the globe.

Sure, so let’s go deeper into your values and how you think. What are the biggest lies your industry tells itself?
That women’s pain is normal. That it’s okay to hand us painkillers and birth control and send us on our way. That a system that profits from our suffering is somehow helping us. The truth is, so many women are walking around silently suffering, misdiagnosed, and medicated instead of understood. The lie is that this is the best we can do. My life and my work prove otherwise.

Okay, so before we go, let’s tackle one more area. What is the story you hope people tell about you when you’re gone?
I want to be known as the lady who healed what they said was unhealable. The one who stood up and said: You don’t get to control my womb. Not with your pills. Not with your surgeries. Not with your money. I want people to say I tore down a billion-dollar industry built on our pain, and that I did it with truth, with proof, and with women by my side.
