Can you briefly introduce yourself and share what makes you or your brand unique?
Hi guys! I’m Toran Grays. The owner of Extraordinary Banana Pudding. The shop is inspired by all my great grandmother recipes. We have a unique concept of 27 different flavors of pudding… We also have a handful of other products that include pudding in the dessert as well. There are Vegan, Gluten free and Sugar free options as well. As of now we have two locations working on the third.
Great, so let’s dive into your journey a bit more. Who taught you the most about work?
My parents were my rock. They worked hard for everything they had. So it just came normal to work harder than my competitors…
Do you remember a time someone truly listened to you?
Yes! I was teaching my first employee Ethan how to be a entrepreneur. Explaining how to go about getting things together for the state and health department. Also teaching him day to day discipline on how to stick to the business plan. Now he works for himself as a entrepreneur with a couple employees…
Next, maybe we can discuss some of your foundational philosophies and views? What would your closest friends say really matters to you?
