Today we’d like to introduce you to Ashley Goodacre.
Hi Ashley, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am a board-certified Physician Assistant. I earned my Master’s degree from Loma Linda University in 2012 and have been practicing medicine ever since. Early in my career, I was drawn to aesthetics and plastic surgery after seeing how personalized, well-executed treatments could truly transform a person’s confidence and quality of life. Today I work closely with Dr. Steven Cohen, our laser team, skin care specialists, and the surgical team to help patients achieve natural, beautiful results. I take pride in offering proven technologies and in customizing every treatment plan to match each patient’s unique needs and goals.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
Early in my career, learning opportunities were limited, and much of what we did was based on trial and error. I’m grateful that over the years, the industry has evolved- with more published research and excellent training programs- making it easier than ever to keep learning and growing.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I’m a board-certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of experience in medicine, and I’ve spent the majority of my career specializing in aesthetics and plastic surgery. I was drawn to this field early on after witnessing how thoughtful, well-executed treatments could dramatically improve a person’s confidence and overall well-being.
Today, I work alongside Dr. Steven Cohen and our multidisciplinary team to deliver natural, beautiful results through a combination of advanced laser technologies, skincare, and surgical planning. I’m most proud of the personalized care I provide-every treatment is tailored to the individual, with a focus on safety, effectiveness, and long-term results. What sets me apart is my commitment to combining medical expertise with an artistic eye, ensuring that each patient looks and feels like the best version of themselves.
How do you define success?
To me, success is helping patients feel confident, empowered, and authentically themselves through safe, personalized treatment plans and care. It’s not just about visible results-it’s about making a meaningful impact on someone’s life, building trust, and continuously growing as a medical provider to offer the highest standard of care.
