Today we’d like to introduce you to Benton.
Hi Benton, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
I got to where I am by daydreaming and working hard on my dreams. Without my vision my reality wouldn’t exist.
I’m sure it wasn’t obstacle-free, but would you say the journey has been fairly smooth so far?
My road has been far from smooth. One of the biggest challenges for me both as an artist and human being has been people taking their love away from me because I won’t do what they want me to do. Overcoming that made me realize my true power I obtain to do do anything.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
I am a Gullah Geechee artist, I create music, film, and do standup comedy. I am most proud of the fact that I can make people feel again, regardless of what the emotion is I pull that thing out of people and that’s what sets me apart from everyone.
Where do you see things going in the next 5-10 years?
I see myself in the next 5-10 years owning a major entertainment studio that covers every end of entertainment. From music and film all the way to sports and modeling.
