Today we’d like to introduce you to Chris Shields
Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
As a young child, I found enjoyment in public speaking and various forms of communication. My family began to notice my enjoyment in it and began to cultivate that desire. By placing me in different activities that put me amongst others with the same desires as well as leadership that could coach and help shape the natural gift I was given. As I grew older, and my gift grew stronger. I began to travel various places using my gift to encourage the masses. My hope through every presentation is that people would come to know who they are. Or in other words people find their identity. When you know who you are. You come to find what you have a right to. Many people are living below the standard of what they have a right to because they have yet to find out who they are.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Any journey that comes with you sharing your success and presenting it in a way that others can find success if they choose to tap in. Can never be easy. You can only take others where you have been. You only have two choses on a tough road faith or fear. The difference between faith and fear is perspective. Again, when you know who you are. You know what you have a right to. Oftentimes two visionaries see the rough road as opportunity, the majority see it as an impossibility. Hangout with the group that see obstacles as opportunities you will get way more accomplished and you will receive everything you have a right to. The biggest obstacle for any visionary is to get others to see the vision. A visionary is not one that can get others to see what is in front of them, a visionary is one that can get others to see what is coming. A true leader is not preparing they are always prepared.
As you know, we’re big fans of you and your work. For our readers who might not be as familiar what can you tell them about what you do?
My job is to build systems that help people come to find who they are. If you know who you are you know what you have a right to. I am most proud of the moments where people find their calling and purpose in life. When they find that they began to see their life change for the better. Living a life better than what they were before. A life without identity is destruction a life with identity is life giving. What sets me apart is the intentionality that I display everything we do is to benefit you to find you. It has little focus on me the whole purpose is for you to walk in the fullness of who your called to be.
